January mooding over on Pinterest.
I think there's an innate tendency to gravitate towards all things dark & moody once the holidays are over and the chilly, cozy days of winter set in. I certainly feel this to some degree. But there's more to dark & moody than just muted colors and dimly lit spaces. I also crave some color and pattern, especially after taking down most of the holiday decor.
What I'm feeling...
Indoor fireplace & outdoor fire pit hangs.
Keeping out the window candles.
Winter branches & florals.
Plaids & ginghams in rich colors.
Snug seating.
Plate displays.
Tactile textiles.
Millwork design details.
